With Sanremo over "The countdown Begins for Castrocaro 2012!!".
Anthony Travelled to Italy from Semptember to Decemeber 2011, to compete in Italys Greatest Music Festival, SANREMO..,
An Amazing experience, being the only non Italian competing in the competition although a little daunting, was like a dream come true! I was given the opportunity to perform in front of some of Italys most famous, record executives, and singiners thorughout the stringent audition process, which was an amazing and once in a lifetime opportunity.
while in Italy, Anthony had the oppportunity to record with a great producer Mariella, along with Gianfranco Strano , and singer songwriter Raffaelle Viscuso, at the recording studio in Giarre Sicilly. Amazing Talented people!!
We recorded a great song which I performed at the auditions for Sanremo, "Amore Lirico" , and also a Music Video shot in the Beautiful "Taormina" in Sicilly, which will be available to view on line soon.
The Coutdown now begins, to find out whether Anthony has been selected to perform on television RAI1 in Italy for another of Italys big Music Festivals - Castrocaro with potential to Perform in the final!!

Destined to sing from a young age, Anthony started to perform live and record in studio around 2 years ago when people close to him continued time and time again to enforce the fact that he must do something with his voice, and give people the opportunity to listen to and experience it.
His first Studio track co written by a great producer and song writer Robert Upward ?forever? has had amazing widespread reviews continually on Anthony's list of songs most requested to perform at events all over Melbourne. ?It's an amazing song, and the lyric seems to pull people in, I think everyone can connect with the story the song tells, which I think is what touches people when they listen to it? says Anthony.
?Being able to record in the studio means that the people listening to it can cherish it forever, and performing live is a moment that you share with just that person at that time - That's why music is so special and why I count myself lucky to be able to do this?
Since then Anthony has been sought to perform at different events throughout Melbourne, and recently completed his first E.P with Producers Danny Simcic (Band - Real Life, send me an angel) and Martin Van hoof Jenkins (VHJ Music) which has molded old time classic pop songs with a more classical vocal sound.
?Creating the E.P was an amazing experience, it was my first time in the studio recording more than one song. Danny and Martins guidance and talent producing this E.P has helped create what I believe to be a very special sound, something really unique?. Says Anthony. The E.P contains songs such as Beyonces Halo, 80`s Band foreigners I want to know what love is, and a magnificent Italian song Con Te to name a few. The E.P offers an experience for every listener to enjoy and remember.
Anthony has performed for numerous events and functions throughout Melbourne, Joy FMs radiothon, YMCA`s Dancing through the Decades, and many weddings and corporate functions. He has also won awards such as the Italian Tenor completion in 2009, in which 300 gala event guests voted Anthony as the singer and performer of choice.
He continues to receive first class vocal coaching by Cosimo Ciccone of the Ciccone Acadamy. "Cosimo, I believe is the only vocal coach in the country that will genuinely get the best out of any voice, his experience, techniques, and genuine interest in developing you as a singer and performer is what makes him by far the best at what he does".
Anthony continues to work with producers and writers in the studio coming up with new ideas working hard on his new album, which he believes ?people will hopefully never want to turn off?.
